I have graduated from the faculty of law. I’ve very quickly realized that law is not the subject I would like to dedicate my job career to. FMCG Commodity Trading is the activity I dedicate my passion to and take as my life adventure. Before Elion, I was a business leader at one of the global dairy trading houses, took the responsibility for CIS countries (Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan), Mongolia and Turkey. I find relationships are the fuel that feeds the success of each business. I have a Master of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor degree in Logistics and Trade. Before Elion I did coordinate deliveries of dairy commodities from Eastern Europe and New Zealand to Central Asia at one of the global trading houses. I’m responsible for different types of transport (sea, air, land and rail), excellent service, coordination of deliveries, contact with customers, planning of all tasks related to delivery of raw materials to our clients. I am a business-oriented lawyer focused mostly on new technologies and advisory for startups/scaleups. I studied at the Universitat de Barcelona (Spain) and continued my law studies at the University of Warsaw. My experience includes ongoing legal advisory services provided to domestic and international companies in areas such as civil law, commercial law, new technologies, and more. I have been advising numerous startups and scaleups in ongoing legal and business matters, including modeling their legal structure, internationalization of enterprise.
I am a manager with a strong technical background. I studied Telecommunications at Warsaw University of Technology. I’m not afraid to implement new solutions and try out new technologies. I’ve gained my professional experience working in R&D and tech companies, managing different teams and projects. I always aim to optimize processes in order to meet customers requirements. I have an experience in working close to the customer - both domestic and international.
